All manufacturers are handmade pieces, including those replicated in multiple copies are never identical.
This exchange, in particular, is a unique piece twice because not only is made by hand, but in a single: it was created from another object, a silk handkerchief, which reproduces this particular image in the '30s key futurist. As for the necklaces made of ties, we may well assume that if it still exists, or in trade around the world, some object made of this fantasy (in this case with this design), it is at least another thing!
